Double-page spreads for a children's book published by Scholastic NZ Ltd, published in 2008. The peaceful villagers of Puddleby are devastated when every single egg is egg-napped overnight, threatening the upcoming Annual Pavlova Bake-off!

Evil Vs Cute Thin Man!

Here's a rather diabolical sketch of the Thin Man, along with one which is much less 'Fu Manchu'! Still, I like the coloring of the 'Evil Thin Man' nonetheless, and I like his living shadow sitting like a gremilin on his hat. Whipped it up in Pshop, experimenting with nifty new brushes I'd downloaded. Enjoy!
